Player screen operation method
1. Display video and user basic information
The start time of the open video (KARTE user's host machine time zone), the user's name and icon, and the details UA (device, OS, version) at the start of the user's viewing are displayed.
Clicking on the user's name will take you to the User Story screen.
2. Video sharing, separate tab display, minimize, and full screen exit buttons
Video sharing allows you to issue a sharing URL for playing videos.
- Copy Video URL: You can play the recording from the beginning of the session.
- Copy the current video URL: You can play back the recording from the point you are currently viewing.

Share specific videos between members
You can choose to display the screen minimized (miniplayer) or maximized.
If minimized, you can move the player screen on the KARTE screen by dragging it.
You can also close the player screen by pressing the ✕ button in the upper right corner.
3. Player Window
The actual user behavior is played. You can stop / play the video by clicking anywhere on the screen.
4. Comment function (β)
You can comment on the video. The comment content will also be reflected in the seek bar.

5. Session Information
Displays up to 50 session videos from the last 7 days for the user who has opened the video.
You can watch a different session video by clicking on the list.
At the top, you can see which labels have been applied to the video you are viewing and what labels have been applied.
6. Labels
In KARTE Live, you can assign any label to the video you are viewing.

7. User Information
Displays information about the user who has opened the video.
You can check user data such as the user's ID, number of visits, total purchase amount, and the segment the user belongs to at the time the video started. You can also jump to the story screen of the relevant user from the top of the user icon. This can be used to understand the detailed status and behavior of the user when watching a video.

8. Video play/stop/skip related actions
You can perform video playback operations from the icons on the bottom left.
- Play / Pause: Play / pause the video.
- Return 15 seconds: You can set the movie playback time back 15 seconds.
- Advance 15 seconds: You can advance the video playback time by 15 seconds.
- Return to the beginning: You can return the video to the beginning of 0:00 and review it from the beginning.
The 15-second back skip can be used to change the playback time in detail when searching for the corresponding scene.

9. URL currently being viewed
The URL path of the browsing page currently playing on the player is displayed.
The URL path that is displayed changes according to the page transition in the video.
You can also copy the URL by clicking the icon next to the display URL.
You can use it to check the actual website screen while watching videos on Live.
10. In-video page links
At what point in the video you are viewing and at what point are you looking at which page? Are listed together.
When you press the seconds section, the video is skipped and transitions at the corresponding timing.To do.

11. Goal search on video
By clicking the magnifying glass icon in the lower right, you can display the final goal and intermediate goal occurrence timing on the seek bar on the video. An orange vertical bar is displayed at the time of occurrence,When the viewing user scored a goalをすぐ見ることができます。
12. Error message display
You can display the error (error on the website) that occurred in the video being played.
- The number displayed next to the i mark indicates the number of errors.
- If you press the i mark, the error details will be displayed. The log level can be selected from "warning" and "error" respectively.
- In addition, the timing of the error is indicated by the red vertical line on the seek bar.

- You can choose to show/hide comments and activity volume.
Time display of the playback position
- You can switch the time display on the Live player screen between absolute and relative time.

- You can choose to skip or not skip inactive periods when playing videos.
- The default setting is enabled (skip inactivity time).
Playback Speed
- You can set the video playback speed to be faster or slower. In addition to normal speed, there are 0.5x, 2x, 4x and 8x speeds.
- This setting is saved for each KARTE user, so it will be applied the next time you watch a video.
14. Activity
- The amount of end-user clicks/keystrokes/mouse movements/scrolling is quantified and visualized on the seek bar on the player.
- Areas with high activity are areas where users are more likely to be engaged, making it easier to pinpoint areas to look at within a single video.
*The specific calculation logic for activity values will not be disclosed.
15. Seek Bar
While the video is playing, you can click the bar to play from any point (※This is not available during real-time playback). Also, if you transition from a specific event in the user story, the point where that specific event occurs is highlighted.
Numbers next to the seek bar (1, 2, 3...)
- The vertical axis of the seek bar is assigned an ID (1, 2, 3...) for each tab the user has open in the browser.
- The seek bar with "1" written on the left side displays the page transition behavior within tab "1", and if the user opens a page in another tab, it displays the page transition behavior in tab "2".

The following types exist.
