Account permission settings for Live Collaboration
Permissions for using the live integration feature will follow the permission settings for "KARTE Live."
In the permission settings for your account's permission group, please allow "viewing videos" for KARTE Live.

If you do not have the necessary permissions, the navigation path (human icon) from each KARTE Blocks administration screen will not be displayed.
Set up a script for live recording
To set it up, go to "More Features" > "Live Settings" in the global menu of "Blocks".
If you also have a contract for KARTE Insight, you can perform the same setup by going to "Live Settings" in the "Live" product menu.
If you are already using KARTE Live
If you are already using KARTE Live, the setup is complete.
Check and adjust the delivery page settings and masking settings of your current recording script so that you can check the pages and delivered blocks you are managing with KARTE Blocks.

Recording script distribution page settings
By setting exclusion conditions using the query parameters as shown below, you can exclude operations within the KARTE Blocks admin screen and site access that occurs during preview from recording tracking.

- The browsers and environments supported for the live integration feature are the same as those for KARTE Live.
- The features available and the amount of data that can be recorded vary depending on the contract plan.
- If you are using only KARTE Blocks (without subscribing to KARTE), the following restrictions apply.
- We do not offer KARTE Insight's analytical functions, such as user stories.
- Only a certain percentage of the entire session to be recorded live is sampled.。
- Please note that the sampling rate is fixed and cannot be changed by the customer.
