Concept of final goal / intermediate goal

サイトやアプリの「最終ゴール」は多くの場合「コンバージョン」に該当するイベントを設定します。
「コンバージョン」に該当するイベントはサイトやアプリによりさまざまです。KARTEでコンバージョンイベントを計測していれば、それをゴールに設定することが可能です。
In addition, it is also important to set the “middle goal” in front of the “final goal” appropriately and to increase the conversion rate of the middle goal.

まずはサイトやアプリごとに適切な「最終ゴール」と「中間ゴール」を設定しましょう。

How to set goals

すべてのメニュー > Insight > ゴールClick
Create a new one from the "Create" button, please set the following items.

Setting items

(1) Goal type: Specify “Final goal” or “Intermediate goal”.
②Goal name: Set the goal name.
(3) Description: Enter an optional description.
④Goal type: Select from the following to make detailed settings.

  • event: Set as a goal on condition that a specific event has occurred.
  • Conditional event: Specify the detailed condition of a specific event (multiple conditions can be specified with OR condition) and set it as a goal.
    • AND条件も使用可能ですが異なるイベントを選択した場合ゴールの判定がされないためご注意ください。
    • AND条件は同一のイベントにおける異なるフィールドで絞り込みを行う場合に使用してください。
  • Re-visit: The first view event in the session, excluding the first visit, is defined as “re-visit” and set as a goal.
  • Page browsing: Specify a specific page view (multiple can be specified with OR condition) and set it as a goal.
  • Enter the segment: Set as a goal on the condition that you entered a specific segment.
  • Exit the segment: Set as a goal on condition that a specific segment has been exited.
  • dimension:特定の dimension の値が指定条件を新たに満たすようになったことを条件に、ゴールとして設定します。

(5) After completing the settings, click the “Save” button.

After goal setting is completed, it will be possible to use the goal function in the following places from the next day.

1. Weekly / daily transition graph
You can see how many goals the selected goal has occurred weekly or daily.

*The data displayed is the data up to the previous day. Since the aggregation is done in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), the range of one day is off by 9 hours from Japan time.
* In real time, only the user list described below is displayed.
2. User list
A list of users who have the selected goal is displayed in order of the date and time when the goal occurred. Click the row in the table to go to the story screen when the goal occurs.

Goal analysis is possible with project goal reports and goal timing reports.

Hospitality service details

You can see the goal indicator by extending the effect measurement period of customer service from the session to 1 day / 7 days / 30 days.
In addition, the unit of aggregation also includes the number of sessions and the number of unique users, including indicators for customer service and clicks.

効果測定期間を「1日」や「7日」、「30日」にした場合に表示される指標は、接客関連のイベント(クリック、閉じる等)と、ゴール機能で設定したゴールのみです。
