If you are creating segments according to the user's phases, you can create a narcation step with the funnel of the segment and explain how to do so.

Preparing segments

Prepare the segments according to the user's phase.
In the sample, we assume the following segments are created and explained.

Segment name Segment condition
1. Before member registration User tag> User ID> Does not exist
2. Member registration (before purchase) User Tag> User ID> Existing AND Conversion Tag> Purchase ID> Sent Number> No Existence
3. First purchase Conversion Tag> Purchase ID> Number of Sends> Equal to 1 AND Viewed> Date and Time of Send> 3 months ago or later
4. Growth period Conversion Tag> Purchase ID> Number of Sends> Equal to 2 AND Viewed> Date and Time of Send> 3 months ago or later
5. Fan Conversion tag> Purchase ID> Number of transmissions> 3 or more AND views> Date and time of transmission> 3 months ago or later
6. Reserve Dormancy Army tracking tag > Send date / time> 6 months ago or later AND View> Send date / time> Up to 3 months ago AND User tag> User ID> Exists
7. Dormant View> Date and time of transmission> Up to 6 months ago AND User tag> User ID> Exists

* It is necessary to extend the analyzing period of the dashboard as an option according to the setting period of dormancy.

Creating funnel

(1) Step Segment Registration

  • Gear mark>Step Segment ManagementChoose.

  • Create New>Add stepCreate each step using the event "enter into the segment".

  • Enter the step name,Enter the segmentchoose,Add conditionFromEnter the segmentis1. Member registration (before purchase)Set it. (Create step of 1 segment)

  • Add stepThen we will also create steps for 2 to 7 segments.

  • track in the order set in the stepLeave blank without checking.

  • Duration of all stepsLeave blank without checking.

(2) Creating funnel

  • Gear mark>Create a new chart>FunnelChoose.
  • Target step segmentThen, select the step segment registered in (1) from the pull down.
  • Enter the chart name,saveSave with.
    Creating the funnel is now complete.
