Here are some common use cases for setting up connection logic on a path.
Depending on whether the previous customer is clicked or not, the next customer will be served.
If you want to display a pop-up to those who clicked on the previous customer service, and send re-appealing content via email or push to those who did not click, you can "add an exclusive path" to branch off the second path and create conditional branches such as "if clicked" and "if not clicked."
Send both a pop-up and an email after the previous customer visit
If you want to display a pop-up to people who visit your website after the previous customer service, but also send an email after a certain period of time, you can add a second path by clicking "Add Parallel Path" and send both the "pop-up" and the "email."
Click on multiple links to display different services.
If you select the condition "If clicked", the default condition will be "If you click (any link) in the previous customer service".
Click on the Advanced Conditions at the bottom and you can add settings in the modal on the right.
For example, if you set the AND condition as "Message click link destination > contains > xxx", you can determine clicks on each link destination.
Please use this when there are multiple links in a customer service and you want to provide different subsequent customer service depending on which link is clicked.
