If an arbitrary created event can not be selected, there is a possibility that an arbitrary event may not be recognized by KARTE. Confirm that an event has occurred.
4. Create a new segment for the user browsing the top page
- All period> tracking tag > path of browsing page> latest value> is equal to> />
5. Create new segments for users browsing specific categories
- All periods> tracking tag > Browse page path> Latest value> / product /, including / mypage />
6. Refine the user on the target user screen for the customer service editing
- "Buy specific item once" and
- "Viewing top page" or "Viewing product page"

Methods 1 through 3 are performed in the same procedure.
