Setting method
Step 1: Select a customer service template
左メニューバーの「すベてのプロダクト > ストア > シナリオストア」 より、「サイト回遊中にカートに残っている商品数をお知らせ」というテンプレートを検索窓で検索し、「さっそく利用してみる」をクリックしてください。

Step 2: Edit the action
Set the image, text, and link destination to be used in the pop-up.
By clicking the "Edit" button for the action you added on the Scenario Edit screen, you can go to the action edit screen.

Set the conditions for customer service delivery.
*The recommended settings are listed below, but please customize the conditions based on the purpose of your campaign and the specifications of your site.
*For goals or segments that do not currently exist, please create new ones by referring to the setting examples below.
